Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.
Orders that are shipped will take 4-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout if available.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the purchase you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order.
Products being returned must be shipped via the courier indicated on the return label. Fill out the attached return form and put it in the box with the items you wish to return.
Please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org if the return label not provided for items you intend to return. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
If you purchased your items from a third party, please contact the third party directly for an exchange or return.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
