Standard shipping is complimentary for all orders within the United States, including its territories. Most deliveries are completed within one to three business days, though the exact duration may vary depending on the distance from the shipping location.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. You can use this link to follow the progress of your delivery and know when to expect it to arrive.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order. The products must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached. You are welcome to try on the items to determine the fit or whether they meet your expectations, but please do not remove the tags.
Returning your items is easy! Every shipment includes a return form and a prepaid return label for your convenience.
To initiate a return, please securely pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging along with any relevant documentation. Then, affix the prepaid return label provided to the outside of the package, covering any existing shipping labels. Returns must be shipped via the courier indicated on the return label.
If the prepaid return label is not included with your items, please contact our support team at return@henystar.com. They will provide you with a new return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
If you purchased your items from a third party, please contact them directly to request an exchange or return. They will be able to provide you with the necessary instructions and information to complete the process.
To expedite the process of obtaining what you want, returning the items is the most efficient method. The full amount spent on the returned items will be refunded promptly upon their receipt by our warehouse. While you are returning the items, you may also place a new order.
There are certain items are not eligible for return, including bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, beauty products, underwear, event and party supplies, and personal care items. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us for more information.
A full refund for your returned items will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving them at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification once the refund process has been completed. Please note that the refund will be credited back to the original payment method that was used for the purchase.
