PROCESSING TIME
All Orders are subjected to processing for a shipment to reach its destination. Processing time may take up to 3 business days. Processing time is the time between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by the business.
Once your item(s) have order has completed the processing time, you will receive a shipping confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order. Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. You may try the items on to see whether they fit or meet your expectations.
Products being returned must be shipped via the courier indicated on the return label. Fill out the attached return form and put it in the box with the items you wish to return.
Please contact our support team at return@henystar.com if the return label not provided for items you intend to return. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
If you purchased your items from a third party, please contact the third party directly for an exchange or return.
EXCHANGES
We may not exchange any articles. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the articles. The purchase amount of all the returned items will be reimbursed as soon as our warehouse has received them.
If you wish to exchange any items, please place a new order.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, beauty, underwear, event & party supplies, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued the original payment method.
